IT IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO ALL PRODUCTS THAT HAS BEEN BROKEN/DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY. Consumers are given a 30-day guarantee to return/refund a damaged or broken product. Photograph the damaged product before sending it back to us – as evidence that the item/s has been delivered to you broken/damaged. Shirts are included

Money back guarantee is ONLY applicable to item/s damaged upon delivery.

 

If I ordered the wrong size – can I exchange it?

All our item/s are custom made so it would not be possible.</li>

 

 What if I received the wrong or damaged item/s?

Email us immediately at Magicshopph.info@gmail.com. Include your order number and write a brief explanation.

We will send you the correct item/s or replace the damaged one. Shipping will also be covered by our company.

 

Do you ship internationally?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
